What needs fixing?

Hey everyone, what are your thoughts on WT? With every patch and update we get more and more. But with every addition there are new problems. What are a few things that Gaijin needs to fix that you think is broken?

Battle Rating for Higher tiers, I mean, a Maus facing ATGMs? then why we need that big ass armored tank if a single missile can take it out of action?

Don't get me wrong, I love seeing new vehicles, maps, and other features added to the game, but there is still too much that needs to be fixed. I understand that Gaijin needs to keep their players captivated and spending money and coming back to the game by adding new stuff. However, glitches and imbalanced vehicles should be priority. Maybe less time on new stuff and more time on fixing the things they have already added.
